Customer Ordering and Return Policies

Ordering Art

To purchase art work, fill out the Art Ordering form to reserve the item you wish to purchase.  Art is sold on a "first come first serve" basis.  We will confirm receipt of your order by email and show the total price including shipping and handling fees. Taxes will be added if applicable. Initially, we are accepting checks and money orders only, but hope to offer an encrypted, on-line credit card payment option and automated shipping prices soon.  

Your order will be packaged for shipment directly from the artist once your check has cleared. Again, UpstreamArt will notify you of the date that the item is shipped, tracking number and expected arrival date.

Return Policy

UpstreamArt values customer satisfaction. Our five-day return policy gives you an opportunity to view the art and in the setting for which you purchased it.  

Should you not be pleased with the art, you must notify UpstreamArt by email within five days from the date of delivery that you will ship the item within ten days from date of delivery to be eligible to receive your refund. Thank you for helping us be considerate of the artist while giving you the opportunity to actually see the art work.

Once the artwork has been received back in good condition, we will refund your payment excluding all shipping fees incurred.
